CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Larry Allen Setser, 58, of Charleston, WV, was Sentenced to the maximum penalty of 90 Years in the Penitentiary and 10 years of Extended Supervision today for sex crimes. Setser was convicted on three counts of Sexual Abuse by a Parent, Guardian, Custodian and Person in Position of Trust and two counts of Incest on October 22, 2025, by virtue of a Guilty Plea.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Jesse James Nelson, 43, of Charleston, WV, was convicted yesterday of 2nd Offense Failure to Register as a Sex Offender by virtue of a Guilty Plea. According to court documents, Nelson failed to re-register as a Sex Offender within three business days after release from incarceration on February 23, 2024.
